1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the db678 website at https://db678.ws, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. • You have not previously been permanently excluded from the db678 platform or any affiliated platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the db678 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. db678 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide during registration or at any subsequent point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Username: Your chosen username must not impersonate any other person, contain offensive language, or infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. db678 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform.
• Account Security: You must notify db678 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. db678 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly forbidden. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

db678 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

db678 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. db678 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player, db678 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and request supporting documentation before any further activity is permitted.

db678 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside db678's control. Players are advised to check their mobile financial service provider's terms before initiating a deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your db678 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. db678 processes withdrawal requests within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside of peak hours may take longer.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: db678 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may experience delayed withdrawals until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details on bonus terms.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the originating payment method wherever technically possible. db678 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

db678 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket-season cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and each individual promotion may carry additional specific conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in each individual promotion) before a withdrawal can be requested. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will void the previous bonus unless db678 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: db678 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. db678 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings in confirmed abuse cases.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Welcome bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit which is stated in the relevant promotion. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility — this will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses will be automatically removed from the account upon expiry.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the db678 platform are subject to the specific rules of the product category in which they are placed. These include cricket and sports betting rules, live casino table rules, slot game rules, and crash game rules. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to each product before placing a wager.

• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted by the platform.
• Bet Acceptance: db678 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake is unusually large, where the market is suspected to be manipulated, or where a technical error has affected the odds or payout calculation.
• Settled Markets: Once a bet or game round has been settled and the result confirmed, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error or proven market fraud.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game round, db678's server records take precedence over the player's local device records. Interrupted rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's published disconnection rules.
• Technical Errors: db678 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a direct result of technical malfunctions, including server outages, software bugs, or network disruptions, provided that the platform takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly and notifies affected players.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or if the market is found to have been offered in error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the db678 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, including through the use of different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

• Engaging in any conduct that db678 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its reputation, or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

db678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be closed or frozen.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property
